# TMkNEO — sovereign GPU cloud

## The compute — three tiers
GB300 NVL72, liquid-cooled and factory-integrated, with the orchestration layer included.

- **Standard (on-demand)** — GB300-class GPU by the hour, scale down when the run is done. Hourly, on-demand and spot.
- **Reserved (committed blocks)** — multi-year committed capacity at a lower rate, with priority access.
- **Sovereign (PROTECTED and classified)** — Australian-owned and cleared for OFFICIAL: Sensitive, PROTECTED and above.

## The platform — six managed services
On the same sovereign GPU, inside the same sovereign boundary, with zero egress.

## Government tier
PROTECTED and classified GB300, Australian-owned. We intend to seek IRAP assessment at PROTECTED. Air-gapped and cleared options on the cleared-channel process.

Australian-owned, AU residency, zero egress, sovereign data gravity.

## How it is built
Built to NVIDIA reference architecture with tier-1 technology and integration partners. Factory-integrated, modular GPU loads delivered to site.
